Wednesday Worship: The Glory Of It All

He created.
We destroy.
He came.
We run.
He forgives.
We sin.
He repairs.
We fall apart.
He is there.
We leave.
He rescues.
We cry.
He finds.
We hide.
He redeems.
We repent.
He lives.
We live.

The glory of it all is that it is all about HIM.

How am I living for His glory? Every. single. day. It’s all about Him.

This song is my anthem.

Artist: David Crowder Band
Song: The Glory Of It All
CD: Remedy, 2007, Six Steps Music

At the start
He was there, He was there
In the end,
He’ll be there, He’ll be there

And After all our hands have wrought
He forgives

Oh the Glory of it all is:
He came here
For the rescue of us all
That we may live
For the glory of it all
For the glory of it all

All is lost
Find him there, find him there
After night
Dawn is there, Dawn is there

After all falls apart
He repairs He repairs

Oh the Glory of it all is:
He came here
For the rescue of us all
That we may live
For the glory of it all

Oh He is here
For redemption from the fall
That we may live
For the glory of it all
Oh the glory of it all
The glory of it all
Oh the glory of it all

After night
Comes the light
Dawn is here
Dawn is here
It’s a new day
It’s a new day
Everything will change
Things will never be the same
We will never be the same
We will never be the same
We will never be the same
We will never be the same

Oh, The glory of it all is
You came here
For the rescue of us all
That we may live
For the glory of it all

Oh You are here
With redemption for us all
That we may live
For the glory of it all
For the glory of it all
Oh the glory of it all

  1. My precious one,

We were bought with a price, His own purchase possession, God in Him reconciling us back to Himself. What a price He paid for us. We are the workmanship of Him in the hands of the most High God and nothing can snatch us from His hands. We are not our own, we belong to Him and yes it is all about Him. Those who are taught by Father come to Christ, Christ Himself.

    To God be the glory.

  2. Angie,
I AM celebrating with you today! In the wonderful mystical (Holy)spirit that binds all believers.

Celebrating sharing a few moments with you on Sunday
    Celebrating your beautiful smile
Celebrating watching your Bella in her “safe place” in daddy’s arms sucking her thumb during church–so sweet!
Celebrating the love of three special men in your life
Celebrating the great church body in which God has placed you
    Celebrating Maintenance Mode
    Celebrating God’s creation in spring
Celebrating the Holy Spirit manefested in your writing
Celebrating our eternal hope in Christ Jesus
    Celebrating today
    Celebrating YOU!

    Blessings, Beth

I had to share a link with you from a post I wrote awhile back. I only share it because I think it’s great that we both rocked this song on our blogs. It encompasses so many things. It’s all for glory…even the grief. And I so want to live for His glory…and even when I fail…it’ll still be worked for his glory…OH GLORY.

    I heart David Crowder 🙂
