Glory to God for football games,
For players all over the field
Like center, quarterback.
For fields plotted and pieced,
striped, numbered and marked,
And all gear like helmets and pads,
All players running, passing and catching,
Whatever is caught or dropped,
With swift, slow,
first down or touchdown,
offense, defense,
God made football through man.
Praise Him.
